Guiding you home On Ripley

Studio on Ripley is co-run by Kath and Susan who share a vision of creating a space that feels grounded, welcoming, and deeply connected. As the premium yoga studio in Mount Gambier, we know that yoga is not just about movement — it’s about returning to yourself. Finding steadiness in the breath, strength in stillness, and a sense of calm amidst the everyday.

We also know the benefit of other modalities of movement and are excited to offer Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates and Barre (coming soon). Alongside us, you’ll meet a collective of independent teachers who bring their own experience, energy, and heart to our shared space. Each one offers something unique, yet all are united by a common intention — to guide you home to yourself, with compassion and authenticity.

Yoga has been a powerful part of my healing journey, helping me recover from burnout and nervous system dysregulation, and guiding me back into connection with my body, my breath, and my true self.Through the gentle practices of yin, somatic movement, and mindfulness, I’ve experienced firsthand how yoga can be a form of deep restoration, it is a way to regulate, recalibrate, and come home.My personal practice continues to be the foundation of everything I share. Over the years, I’ve studied a range of modalities. Including trauma sensitive mindful movement, somatic yoga, fascia vinyasa, and nervous system education, all of which inform my teaching and support a more intuitive, embodied approach to practice. In my classes, you’ll find a blend of gentle, functional movement, breathwork, nervous system support, and soulful self-awareness. I also weave in the wisdom of Human Design, the Gene Keys, and astrology to help you better understand your energy and move through life with more compassion and clarity. My intention is to create a space where you feel safe to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your own inner sanctuary.

I found my way to yoga in 2012 after a serious mental health crisis. The deep connection to self and the escape from debilitating anxiety had me hooked. Over the years my study of body movement has led me through many different styles of yoga - purna, restorative, yin, fascia vinyasa. I have also blended my love of Energetics with my love of movement which led me to learn, practice and teach Qigong. My most recent movement exploration has guided me through learning and exploring the nervous system and how stress is stored in the body and affects our daily life. My teaching style now incorporates all of my wisdom and learning into an intuitive movement blend of physical, mental and emotional regulation. The movement I share will guide you into a deep state of surrender as your mind, body and emotions harmonise and invite your nervous system to restore into the rest & digest response. It is a delight to all of your senses and an invitation to decondition the hustle and grind from your systems. I look forward to sharing intuitive movement with you.
