  • Refresher Foundation  6 week course- during term time 2026
    Never done yoga or wanting  to ease back in?  Reconnect with your breath and asana practice while covering the basics — exploring seated, standing, and inverted poses — allowing you to feel comfortable and at ease with your practice.
  • Menopause Yoga Workshop: Explore the journey from perimenopause to post-menopause through gentle yoga, practical strategies, and supportive, knowledge building discussion to nurture body, mind, and wellbeing.
  • Breathwork for Stress Reduction: Learn powerful breathing exercises to manage stress and enhance well-being.
